Domino's Pizza in Potsdam

Pizza was burned black, the whole room smelled like charcoal. Other time it was drenched in rotten smelling garlic oil, low quality par extreme. Additionally they're very rude and arrogant. Nothing to miss out on here... never again.

Very rude and arrogant, it even makes you lose your appetite for pizza. You can't miss a lot with the "quality" anyway.

Better to have a take-away pizza than no delivery at all. Delicious.

Vegan pizza! I was really happy when I learned that Dominos has vegan options. I would recommend them - good taste and good price

Price performance is pathetic! The dough, ham & cheese seems to have come from the laboratory! That shouldn't mean pizza! No more dominoes!

Ordered four times there so far, the first two orders went relatively well, with the last two I was allowed to wait over 1 hour for a pizza that had meanwhile turned cold. The branch is 3km away from me ...

The branch manager should notice with the Zwit that other promotions and offers are needed from time to time besides 24 pizza rolls for 11 € ??? Where is the 50% on three pizzas? It's just a shame

Unfortunately, 0 stars are not possible, so there is one. Apart from the fact that the delivery time was 60 minutes instead of the confirmed 30 minutes, you wanted to pay twice. Payment by PayPal, with confirmation. At the time of delivery it was then claimed that payment was still due. When the vendor was then shown the transaction that had been made, they said it had to be paid, otherwise there would be no money in the till. What’s going wrong? And instead of calling the branch briefly to inquire, the goods were taken back and will certainly be thrown away. Will have been the last order!

The first time the edge of the pizza was burned. The wrong pasta was delivered the second time. When I called, I was put in the queue and at some point just hung up. Thanks for nothing.

I am aware that this is only a delivery service, but even there you should expect a minimum of quality. Burned products are delivered regularly - do you take a quick look at the things before you decide that they are good enough for paying customers? The pizza rolls (ham and cheese) sometimes contain no cheese or ham and have a penetrating smell of onions. The strange aftertaste can only be got rid of with aggressive teeth brushing. Pizza is partly on Burned edge and not through in the middle, how do you do that? I have criticized often enough constructively, it is actually getting worse and worse. The criticism specifically does not refer to the suppliers, only to the quality of the food, which is absolutely unsatisfactory and not worth the money. I will not order there again and I would not recommend it to anyone. That borders in part on bodily harm.

We were very satisfied ! The staff was very friendly. The pizza very tasty! We can only recommend Dominos Pizza and would order again at any time.

The delivery area has apparently been reduced so that 14469 Jägervorstadt is no longer supplied. Does this branch take less than 10 minutes? What a shame :(

Our pizzas were drowned in garlic oil. Everything was mushy. On the phone, if you ordered double garlic, you said it was your own fault. Um, yes, what if you click on all 3 stars? (You could choose via the star system) I can only agree with the reviews.

Absolutely not to be recommended. Time management is a catastrophe. Pre-ordered today at 12pm at 7.30pm, 8.15pm there is still nothing! The delivery service is said to have been traveling for 30 minutes ... We live only 10 minutes away. Especially with a pre-order it can not be that difficult to get it on time.

Unfortunately, very disappointing ... Ordered about 1½ hours ago, it was displayed, the shop was still open and the money was withdrawn from the account. After a long wait and repeated calls to the branch without any answer, I decided to drop by the branch to to inquire about the status of my order. The branch had already closed. It's okay if the information about the opening times on the Internet, during Corona times, is not always correct, but then withdrawing the money from the account and leaving the customer in complete uncertainty, I find it extremely cheeky. It will be revealed tomorrow whether and how we can get the money back.

Unfortunately, no confirmation came after a € 70 order. Then we drove past and the lights were off, as was the door locked. Of course, money was debited and no one answered the phone. We can only recommend the warmest to order here. Feel free to check out more reviews.

Ordered online from Dominos Pizza and paid for by instant transfer. What didn't come was the pizzas. The branch knows no fault of its own and points to some main branch. According to their own statements, they had already closed at 7:00 p.m. Never again online and never again dominos pizza !!!

Up to now the Boston Pizza was always really tasty, but today it was all sau😡. The edge was black, the dough stuck to the box and it was very dark from below. If we should order again, only cash payment & The order is viewed before payment.
